Buyer Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities :

• Organize a team to develop for searching and purchase the food (especially for dry food & snacks) & beverages (F&B)

• Select product to be sell in stores and analyze for seasonal merchandise buying

• Sort out existing supply chain resources and complete commodity R&D according to the direction of business plan.

• Negotiate, dealing and maintain professional relationships with factory owner / suppliers in order to fulfill production needs

• Responsible to apply payment request to Finance Department

• Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction)

• Coordinate with relevant department to ensure about purchase product

Requirements :

• At least a Bachelors Degree, at any field from reputable university

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Buyer F&B & handling a team

• Has a rich network of F&B suppliers or factories

• Has a good understanding of the retail business and market connections

• Has strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluent English both oral and written (Mandarin to be advantage)

• Dynamic and willing to work in under pressure situation
