Community Relations Manager
- Implement effective communication strategies and approaches with village officials, community leaders, and local stakeholders.
- Develop and execute impactful programs that improve village and community quality, such as local economic development, skills training, and educational initiatives.
- Conduct assessments, observations, and social analyses on issues and community dynamics that may affect the company-community relationship.
- Organize and actively participate in community events, formal dialogues with stakeholders, and social activities to strengthen engagement and trust.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in community engagement or corporate social responsibility (CSR), preferably in a property development or infrastructure-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in engaging with diverse community stakeholders.
- Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating community programs.
- Understanding of local cultural values and social dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willing to travel and work in field-based assignments as needed.
- Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
