Content Planner

Were looking for a creative and strategic Content Planner whos passionate about turning insights and trends into impactful content ideas. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands audience behavior, and can translate research into engaging content strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop content ideas and editorial calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives
• Conduct audience research, monitor industry trends, and analyze content performance
• Craft compelling storytelling for social media content, articles, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and copywriting teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Translate data and research findings into actionable content directions and concepts
• Assist in preparing structured and visually engaging presentation decks for internal or client use

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in content planning, content strategy, or creative communication
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
• Solid understanding of digital content trends and audience behavior
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to synthesize research into practical ideas
• Familiarity with research and trend tools (e.g., Google Trends, BuzzSumo, social media insights) is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a creative agency or digital media environment
• Comfortable creating and presenting ideas through slides (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)
• A portfolio showcasing past content plans, strategy documents, or campaign concepts
