Contract and Claim Engineer

• Minimum bachelors degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law (particularly if the focus is on contracts/legal aspects).

• Professional training or certification in Contract Management, FIDIC, or Construction Law is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction contract management. Experience in hydropower construction project will be viewed favorably

• Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts, FIDIC-based contracts, claim preparation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Preferably has experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as power plants, dams, or highways.

• Strong knowledge of various types of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, lump-sum, unit price).

• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and administration throughout project life cycles.

• Strong skills in documentation, technical reporting, and formal correspondence.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, particularly for international or multinational project environments.

• Willing to be assigned to the project site, including remote locations, for extended durations as needed.
