About the role

We are seeking a positive minded Cook to join our team in healthy Japanese restaurant in Badung Bali. As a full-time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes including Japanese dishes for our customers, ensuring consistently high-quality food is served.

What youll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a range of meals, inclulding Japanese food, using fresh, high-quality ingredients

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the kitchen

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation

• Assisting with menu development and providing input on new dish ideas

• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role

• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods

• Familiarity with Indonesian and international (Japanese) cuisine

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to work efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• English communication skill

We are located inside villa Lotus 8, which is 24 units apartments complex.

Our restaurant is in process of renewing our brand / concept. Our aim is to become a Japanese restaurant that is health and sustainability conscious. We mindfully select ingredients and method of cooking, ensuring customers are fed with good healthy Japanese food.
