Coordinator - Operations Support Team

Our client, a Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Coordinator - Operations Support Team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
• Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers.
• Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers.
• Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application.
• To achieve visualization of Key Performance of the departments goal and objectives.         

Requirements:

• Preferably candidate with at least 1 - 2 years experience in any field.
• Candidate with knowledge and/or experience in logistics/ supply chain field will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with data entry scope and handling large volume of data.
• Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possess good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• A teamwork player with strong time management skills
