About the role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Secretary and Commercial Legal to join our dynamic team at PT Pentagon Logistics in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and General Affairs functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our esteemed organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while effectively managing governance processes.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Maintaining transparent communication between the board of directors, executive leadership, governance, and shareholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide solutions

  • Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement

  • Support the organisations HR strategy and contribute to the overall growth and development of the company

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Corporate Secretary role or within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry

  • Strong understanding of Legal best practices, employment laws, and general affairs management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

  • Excellent Communication Skill in English is an advantage.

  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
