Creative Production Lead (BoostAD)
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any major, with 4-6 years of experience in creative campaigns, brand activations, or out-of-home (OOH) media—ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Creative and strategic mindset, able to develop strong branding concepts and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging campaign executions.
Proven project management skills, including experience in handling budgets, setting timelines, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of campaign assets.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and project management platforms.
Strong understanding of trends in graphic design, digital marketing, media placement, and consumer engagement—both online and offline.
Highly organized and proactive, with a hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and landlords.
Job Descriptions
Develop and manage creative campaigns that leverage public spaces or out-of-home (OOH) media as platforms to build and strengthen brand image.
Oversee all creative projects and ensure overall project quality.
Write clear and constructive creative briefs and communicate them across internal and external departments.
Create and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and expense control.
Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team to foster strategic and innovative thinking.
Produce fresh and innovative work by translating complex ideas into visually compelling and fiscally responsible print materials.
Integrate digital experiences into campaigns to enhance audience and client engagement.
Present creative branding concepts and secure approvals on timelines and deliverables.
Execute activation activities in alignment with the campaign plan.
Coordinate with selected vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Source and onboard new vendors for campaign needs.
Coordinate with landlords for campaign media placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and vendors before and during campaigns.
