CRM Specialist (F&B Industry)
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, membership programs, or related customer management (for Specialist level)
Fluent in english is a must
Familiarity with app-based points systems, membership structures, and activity planning processes
Prior experience managing community platforms/ private domain platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) is a plus
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans
Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Experience in retail, F&B, or e-commerce industries is preferred
Job Descriptions:
Manage membership tiers, benefits, and reward policies to optimize customer experience
Regularly analyze membership data and provide improvement recommendations to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Plan and execute innovative in-app interactive activities (e.g., lotteries, check-in rewards, limited-time promotions)
Collect and analyze activity performance data to provide optimization suggestions and improve ROI
Manage daily operations and customer interactions on private domain platforms (e.g., WhatsApp)
Maintain accuracy of customer data within the CRM system to ensure data-driven and decision-making
Collaborate with IT, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with company objectives
