Their services extend beyond retail to wholesale distribution, including the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioners, water heaters, and water pumps for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, supported by a team of experienced professionals.

As an Office Boy, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment. You will be responsible for ensuring a neat and organized workspace, assisting with basic office needs, and supporting team members with hospitality and logistical tasks to help create a productive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all office rooms, equipment, and surrounding areas, including floor care and general tidiness.

• Assist in preparing and serving beverages or purchasing meals for employees as needed.

• Handle the collection, delivery, and filing of important documents within or outside the office.

• Ensure cleanliness of pantry items, including clearing and organizing used dishes and cutlery.

• Perform general cleaning duties according to a set schedule to ensure hygiene and orderliness.

• Assist with small errands, including purchasing or delivering items as instructed by supervisors.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned to support smooth operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 35 years.

• Minimum education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Vocational School (STM), with preference for candidates with electrical skills.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Boy.

• Well-mannered, honest, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks.

• Neat in appearance, physically and mentally healthy, and free from tattoos or piercings.

• Willing to learn and continuously improve practical skills to support company operations.
