CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up & maintain communication with customers & agentsArrange & coordinate with operation staff for daily scheduleResponsible for handling shipment such as : * Documentations : HB/L, HAWB , OB/L, MAWB , Manifest, D/O, Invoice, Debit/Credit Note, etc * Email : Pre alert, CSA, NOA, POD to agent/customerSchedule courier for take D/O or send D/O

Job Requirements:

Age Min. 25 years oldFresh graduate from High School (SMA/SMK) and Diplomas degree in Management Transportation are preferred Good communication skills in ENGLISH (written and spoken)Maximal 1 year experience in EXPORT activity and documents will be advantageComputer literate (able to use microsoft office) Self motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred have own motorcycle
