Digital & E-Commerce Assistant (Marketing & Tech-Savvy)

Were a growing export company based in Mataram, Lombok, developing a brand for international markets.Were looking for a creative, tech-savvy team member to support our digital and e-commerce operations.

This role combines marketing, digital organization, and light IT use in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Assist with content and product uploads across online sales platforms

• Support marketing campaigns and content coordination

• Use tools like Notion, WordPress, Photoshop, Airtable and others to manage internal workflows

• Work with AI tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency

• Help structure basic website elements or automations

• Collaborate with the team on branding and product development

• Comfortable with digital tools (Notion, WordPress, Airtable, etc.)

• Experience or interest in TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms

• Familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, or visual editing tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)

• Open to learning, problem-solving, and using modern tech tools

• Able to work on-site full-time in Mataram

• S2 degree in relevant fields (Digital Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, etc.)

• Open to fresh graduates with digital curiosity and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in a structured, professional environment

• Must be available within the next 30 days
