Digital Marketing Intern

About the roleWe are seeking a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team at PT Dewha Skincare Indonesia. As a part-time role based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital marketing strategy for our growing skincare brand.

What youll be doing

1. Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (both organic and paid) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions

2. Support the monitoring and evaluation of digital ad performance (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads)

3. Help with keyword research and audience targeting for advertising campaigns

4. Analyze data from social media and e-commerce platforms to provide insights and recommendations

5. Assist in creating digital campaign content, including ideas, captions, and visual briefs

6. Support the team in running online campaigns such as giveaways, affiliate activations, bundling offers, and seasonal promotions

7. Help update promotional materials across platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Instagram)

8. Prepare regular performance reports for campaigns (weekly/monthly)

What were looking for

1. Active university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Management, Business, or a related field

2. Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce

3. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data analysis

4. Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Google Ads (hands-on experience is a plus)

5. Good communication skills, organized in documentation, and proactive in taking initiative

6. Detail-oriented, eager to learn new things, and able to work with deadlines

7. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, E-Commerce Seller Center, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus

8. Involvement in student organizations or relevant campus projects is an added advantage
