About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the IT team at PT Khong Guan Biscuit as an IT Operation Intern. You will play a crucial role in supporting the companys technology infrastructure and systems, working closely with the IT department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta.

What were looking for

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

2. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues

3. Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking and IT support principles

4. Good communication and customer service skills

5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
