Marketing Communication Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Experience as a Marketing Communication Manager or similar role, preferably in digital printing machines or IT products industry

• Solid understanding of marketing principles and customer behavior

• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficiency in using marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, social media management, analytics tools)

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation

• Willingness to travel occasionally for events or exhibitions

• Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (PT Samafitro - Asaba Group)

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to support product positioning and sales objectives

• Oversee brand communication across digital, print, and event channels

• Plan and manage campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement

• Build strong relationships with media, partners, and industry associations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly
