Location Jakarta, Indonesia Ad Title Digital Public Infrastructure Adviser Program Background Prospera is a A$259 million eight-year program building on two decades of Australias support for economic governance in Indonesia. Prospera incorporates 15 Australian Government agencies and over 200 expert advisers and program staff from diverse backgrounds. Prospera also collaborates closely with the Katalis program to realise the benefits of the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Prosperas goal is to contribute to strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia through three breakthrough outcomes:
  • Expanding markets creating jobs: Building a robust private sector that creates more high value jobs.

  • Safeguarding economic and financial stability: Ensuring a strong foundation for sustainable and inclusive growth.

  • Improving public finances and government performance: Enabling a modern, effective and responsible public sector.

For more information, please see www.dt-global.com The Role Prospera seeks a senior adviser with a focus on digital transformation. The selected candidate will provide high-quality analysis and strategic advice to develop a government digitalization framework that integrates governance and economic systems into digital infrastructure. The senior adviser will work in collaboration with other experts in Prospera and the National Economic Council. The role involves: (1) Examining policies related to Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), including governance, access, and regulation; (2) analyzing the intersection of economics, digital technology, and regulatory frameworks; and (3) development of Digital Application Services. The role will require close collaboration with the National Economic Council (DEN) and Prospera team members and ongoing reporting to track progress and achieve the desired outcomes.   • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field(s)
  • At least 10 (ten) years of relevant work experience in digital transformation or IT development
  • Proven expertise in technology in work experience.
  • Experience in backend web system development is desirable.
  • ⁠⁠Excellent written communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and oral).
  • ⁠⁠Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • ⁠Proven ability to work independently and to take the initiative to progress deliverables.
  • ⁠⁠Experience working with government officials and engaging with various stakeholders in analyzing and communicating government policies.
  • ⁠⁠Proven ability to write a concise report in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Remuneration The remuneration will be set according to National Remuneration Framework group C, Job Level 2-3. The remuneration level for the position will be based on the successful candidates relevant skills and experience, and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations.
