Role Introduction

The Director of Finance Transformation will lead the design and implementation of financial processes for Project Aurora, supporting all financial, management, and statutory reporting requirements.

About Project Aurora

As part of GPIs Vision for 2025, Project Aurora aims to standardize ERP systems across European sites to optimize processes and enhance visibility of financial data and KPIs at the plant level.

Job Purpose

Lead finance transformation for ERP rollouts across EMEA facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial and management reporting implementation for all EMEA locations.
  • Design and optimize finance business processes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory standards.
  • Support management reporting and compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Implement standard costing systems and ensure proper integration with business systems.
  • Support master data activities and lead testing phases.
  • Coordinate organizational change management and end-user training.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Finance or Accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a finance leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong ERP system experience and implementation knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SOX/control environment and working under tight deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable, responsible, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage changing workloads effectively.
