Job Description
- End-to-end pharma distribution: Lead and ensure the supply chain network of pharmaceuticals in Indonesia
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and manage healthcare engagements, including strategy development with shareholders and principals, operational improvement, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability for the healthcare consulting practice.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or relevant distribution industry.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
