Initially operating as a trading company for AC products, in 1988 PT. Graha Sakti was entrusted to become the official distributor of Fuji Electric AC units. Key Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare a Bill of Quantities from tender drawings.

• Skilled and proficient in preparing price quotations and budget plans (RAB) for each interior project tender.

• Proficient in reviewing and evaluating engineering aspects related to cost and material control.

• Able to calculate quantities, specifications, material prices, scope of work, subcontractors, and man-hours for bidding (tender) purposes.

• Capable of performing Material Take-Off (MTO) calculations for tender purposes, including site cost price calculations and price breakdowns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system design and development.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality HVAC solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Strong technical skills in areas such as thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.

• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the HVAC domain.
