Qualifications :
- Maximum age 28 years
- Minimum S1 (all majors)
- Minimum 1 year work experience as Export Import Staff, fresh graduates are welcome
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office
- Able to speak English well
- Have accuracy, good cooperation and be careful in working
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta/ Surabaya
- Processing external Purchase Orders and also coordinating internally.
- Create and check documents for import activities (PIB) in a timely, thorough and correct manner.
- Check ship schedules and routes to ensure shipments arrive on time
- Carry out good administrative procedures.
- Follow up regarding samples, documents, Halal.
- Process supplier payments to the finance department.
