About the role

Join PT Mulia Hastu Gemilang as a Facility Staff and Butler, providing exceptional hospitality services in our prestigious locations in Jakarta. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering personalised, attentive service to our discerning clients. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of all public and private areas, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics

• Provide discreet and anticipatory butler services to guests, meeting their requests promptly and with discretion

• Assist with event setup and coordination, ensuring events run seamlessly

• Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive and responsive service experience

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and guest satisfaction

• Adhere to all safety, security and sustainability protocols

What were looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality or butler role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and personable manner

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests needs

• Having experience handling gyms equipment

• Flexible and adaptable, with the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• A passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service
