Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all accounting records comply with PSAK/IFRS and internal policies.

  • Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing activities.

  • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.

  • Manage the companys cash flow and financial planning for both short- and long-term needs.

  • Monitor budget performance (budget vs actual).

  • Provide other financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

  • Supervise accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of monthly and annual taxes (PPN, PPH unifikasi, PPH21, SPT Tahunan).

  • Handle tax audits and disputes.

  • Provide data and reports required for external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Retail industry background is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Experience with audits and regulatory reporting is an advantage.

  • Holds Brevet A & B certification
