Finance Accounting and Tax Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Mencatat dan membukukan seluruh transaksi keuangan proyek.

  • Mengelola dan membuat laporan petty cash.

  • Menyusun bukti transaksi serta melakukan filing dokumen keuangan secara teratur.

  • Memproses dokumen dan administrasi untuk pembayaran kepada vendor dan penagihan customer.

  • Mengarsipkan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan keuangan dan perpajakan.

  • Berpengalaman dalam pembuatan Faktur Pajak, Bukti Potong, dan menu perpajakan lainnya (Core Tax).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education S1 Accounting, from a reputable university

  • Maximum age 20 - 30 years.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax positions

  • Preferably those who have experience in the construction field and work as a supervisor or equivalent (preferred)

  • Able to work with targets and under pressure.

  • Have good interpersonal skills.

  • Have good negotiation skills.

  • Have a detail oriented and problem solving nature

  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
