Job Summary:

Finance & Accounting Sr Officer is responsible for end-to-end account receivable processes related to B2B corporate partners. This includes invoice and tax validation, journal approval, collection coordination, deposit reconciliation, and reporting. The role ensures timely and accurate financial processing and supports compliance through audit preparation and coordination with legal, tax, and operational teams.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Check and approve debit notes, invoices, and tax invoices for various B2B corporate transactions (e.g., OPEX, events, flights, hotels, TNPL, NFT, etc.)
  • Create and assist in preparing invoices and debit notes, especially for TNPL.
  • Conduct and approve journal entries, including write-offs and deposit reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and clean up AR/AP accounts.
  • Monitor collections, send reminders, issue warning letters, and track follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, tax, product) to resolve collection or partner issues.
  • Prepare and update reports on collections, advances, deposits, and audit documentation.
  • Participate in regular meetings (team, project, finance) and on-site partner visits.
  • Review and update SOPs related to B2B AR processes.
  • Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Open/close partner suspension status and ensure deposit handling accuracy.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and support month-end closing activities.

    • Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, particularly in AR, invoicing, and reconciliation, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems 
  • Understanding of tax regulations and documentation.
  • Familiar with journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations..
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
