About the role

As the Finance & Business Support Manager at MIGAS Company, you will play a vital role in driving the financial and operational success of this dynamic energy company. Based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, this full-time position will see you leading a team to provide strategic financial guidance and operational support across the business.

What youll be doing

• Oversee the companys financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making

• Manage the accounting team and implement efficient financial controls and systems

• Provide expert financial advice and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic business initiatives

• Lead business process improvements and digitisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

• Coach and develop the finance and business support team to build a high-performing, future-ready organisation

What were looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance or business support role, preferably within the energy or natural resources industry

• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and management accounting

• Proven track record of leading and developing finance and support teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with senior leadership

• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
