Planogram Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planogram Executive to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining optimal shelf layouts (planograms) that enhance product visibility, maximize sales, and align with corporate standards.

1. Develop and maintain planograms using retail planning software (e.g., Nielsen Spaceman)

2. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve product placement

3. Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, and Store Operations to ensure planogram compliance

4. Monitor in-store implementation and provide guidance to store staff

5. Conduct regular store visits or audits to ensure adherence to planogram standards

6. Assist in new store setups, relayouts, and promotional displays

7. Optimize space allocation and suggest improvements based on product performance

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, planogramming, or store operations (preferably in a retail/supermarket environment)

• Proficiency in planogram software (Spaceman) is a plus

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and under deadlines
