Finance Executive

The opportunity

Join the dynamic finance team at one of reputable school in Batam Riau Islands. As our Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the schools financial operations and ensuring accurate financial planning, executing, monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and improve financial controls
• Making financial budgeting, planning, monitoring
• Making purchases
• Collaborate with Tax Consultant with regards to tax reporting and payments
• Help to track on school inventories usage
• Help liaising with BPJS 
• Help to liaise with some HR matters

What were looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the education or service industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
