FINANCE MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team at PT Trimanunggal Sejahtera. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting of the company. This is a full-time role based in our central Jakarta office.

What youll be doing

• Manage the companys financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Recommend and implement strategies to improve financial performance

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision making

• Manage the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

What were looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the consumer goods industry

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in financial software and data analysis tools

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian accounting regulations and standards
