Senior PR Manager

About the role

As the Senior PR Manager at PT OTTO MEDIA GRUP, you will set up and play a crucial role in shaping the companys public relations and corporate affairs strategy. In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading high-impact PR campaigns, managing media relations, and enhancing the companys brand reputation.

What youll be doing

1. Set up and developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to support the companys business objectives

2. Crafting compelling and impactful messaging to effectively communicate the companys story to key stakeholders

3. Managing media relations, including proactive outreach, press release distribution, and crisis communication

4. Organising and executing high-profile events, press conferences, and other PR-related activities

5. Monitoring and analysing media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for the company

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging

7. Measuring and reporting on the success of PR initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns

What were looking for

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in public relations, preferably in the marketing and communications industry

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective PR strategies, with a track record of delivering impactful results

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage with media effectively

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key industry influencers

• Proficiency in media monitoring, data analysis, and reporting, to measure the success of PR initiatives

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

• Familiarity with the local and regional media landscape, as well as an understanding of the Indonesian business environment

• Can work immediately no notice period
