Assistant Duty Manager for Plaza Senayan

- Assist and support Duty Manager in Plaza Senayans daily operation as well as maintaining the shopping centres standard and service quality.
- Handle and follow up tenant complaints related to AC and M/E systems and monitor progress until resolution.
- Identify and follow up on defects in mall facilities, ensuring proper coordination with relevant departments and tracking the progress.
- Collaborate with various departments on routine maintenance, pest control, facility repairs, etc.
- Bachelors degree holder, preferably majoring in Architecture, Interior Design, or related.
- 4 years of experience in high-end mall/retail/hospitality.
- Having knowledge of HSE inspections and procedures.
- Excellent English skill (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office tools.
- Disciplined, strong service leadership qualities, and detail oriented.
- A proactive team player, fast learner, and confident communicator & negotiator.
- Willing to work in shift schedule including weekend/public holiday.
