Job Responsibilities
  1. Serve as an HR business partner to the Group Channels & Digitalisation, advising and supporting the business in driving the people agenda through best-practice HR services.
  2. Manage relationships proactively and provide HR advisory support across all aspects of Channels and Digitisation, including performance management, talent management, compensation, training, organizational development, and manpower planning.
  3. Handle employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, litigation, redundancies, and terminations, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
  4. Collaborate with group and country HR teams and other specialists to deliver comprehensive HR services aligned with business goals.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree-qualified with 12-15 years of HR experience in large companies or the banking industry; experience in Channels and Digitisation is advantageous.
  2. Strong analytical, stakeholder management skills, and good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
  3. Effective communicator capable of building strong relationships with internal clients.
  4. Ability to work independently with a drive for excellence.
