FLOOR STAFF (DAILY WORKER) - TEKIRA (JAKARTA)

• Welcome and assist guests

• Take and deliver orders to the kitchen or bar

• Keep tables and dining area clean and organized

• Support floor team throughout operational hours

• Perform additional tasks as needed during shift

• Proactively approach customers when their table is empty to ask if they would like to place additional orders

• Offer and inform customers about ongoing promotions or special menu items

1. Minimum education: High school or vocational school (SMA/SMK)

2. Communicative and quick to respond

3. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
