- Consolidate KOL needs from sales and internal teams to align campaign objectives.
- Research, shortlist, and reach out to influencers that match the brand’s target and tone.
- Coordinate deliverables while negotiating fees, perks, and timelines with KOLs.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and all required documentation.
- Distribute final briefs, visit schedules, and access passes ahead of event execution.
- Review and approve teaser content or draft posts before they go live.
- Welcome, brief, and guide KOLs during events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and monitor live uploads, reporting key content in real time.
- Able to work on-site in South Jakarta 2x/week
- Available for a 3-month contract
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with great time management
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram & KOL trends
- Proficient in Google Workspace & basic reporting
