About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of front-end best practices. This role requires attendance in regular onsite meetings, so candidates should be located within commuting distance.

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces

• Collaborate closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability

• Translate design mockups into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and front-end trends

• Support other IT-related tasks when needed, contributing to broader tech initiatives

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

• Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL)

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first design, and accessibility

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

• Comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment and supporting general IT needs

• Willingness to attend regular onsite meetings

• Experience with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress)

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows

• Basic understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
