Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Maintain Applications: Drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our core web applications (both frontend and backend).

2. Performance & Security Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of all web properties, with a strong focus on speed and reliability.

3. Troubleshooting & Improvement: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Continuously improve our internal website to guarantee an optimal user experience.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve complex technical challenges.

5. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that aligns with best practices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fullstack Web Development.

2. Backend Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in Node.js (mandatory).

- Strong Plus: Proficiency in PHP and extensive experience with WordPress development.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Non-relational database experience is a plus.

3. Frontend Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Expertise in React/Next.js.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including Tailwind CSS), with a keen eye for building responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.

4. General Development & DevOps:

- Solid understanding of web performance optimization, caching techniques (especially for WordPress), and robust security practices.

- Familiarity with server management tools (e.g., Linux, Docker).
