REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in any field
• Minimal 2 years of experience as GA Staff
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English written and oral would be a plus
• Honest, trustworthy, pleasant personality, having good interpersonal and communication skills, high discipline, motivation, and responsible
• Good coordination and administrative skills, high accuracy
• Able to work independently as well as working in a team and willing to work under pressure

Job Description :

• Support to employees in HR-related topic such as leaves and compensation
• Maintain employee files and records
• Update employee database (SAP)
• Participate in HR Projects
