GEOVIA Learning Experience Associate

Role & Responsibilities

As Learning Experience Specialist, you will develop learning materials for onboarding and enablement in order to accelerate, ease and ensure the adoption and deployment of GEOVIA solutions and products.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining, designing and creating self-paced eLearning materials that effectively challenge and engage a wide audience, including 3DS employees and business partners.

You will also be tasked with updating monthly certification reports and quarterly sales enablement reporting.

Developing Engaging eLearning Experiences:

• Utilizing multimedia elements, interactive exercises, and assessments to enhance learning experiences with a focus on online learning experiences
• Maintaining existing online learning experiences to reflect the latest product enhancements.
• Developing and writing engaging and technically accurate materials for online classes and sales enablement.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, case-based learning, scenarios, games, etc)
• Occasionally delivering presentation and webinars related to GEOVIA sales enablement initiatives to partner channels and other employees

Building Relationships with Subject Matter Experts:

• Hands-on experience as a team member, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to develop online learning experiences
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance knowledge sharing and obtain technical reviews of learning materials
• Working with the Training Team to incorporate instructional design strategies and technologies into learning materials
• Contributing to effective learning modules that match the quality and style of existing materials

Qualifications

• High desire to learn and to teach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with solid presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong structuring, analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Proficient project management skills, including task planning, multitasking, and timely delivery of results
• Good knowledge and understanding of engineering basics
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Experience in designing online learning experiences and working with LMS is a plus.
