QUALIFICATION

  1. Advanced culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts.

  2. 10+ years of experience in food production management.

  3. Expertise in a variety of pastry and bakery techniques, including chocolate work, sugar artistry, and plated desserts.

  4. Deep understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.

  5. Ability to create visually stunning and delicious pastries that meet the highest standards of quality.

  6. Experience in menu development and cost control.

  7. Strong understanding of food trends and customer preferences.

  8. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale production operations, including significant experience in a central kitchen with high production volumes.

  9. Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and manage budgets.

  10. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  11. Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
