- Support in structuring competency matrix and OD related
- Support the recruitment and employer branding process
- Support training process and People Development related
- Maintaining personnel files and records
- Perform other Human Resources duties as required
- Active Student or Fresh Graduates from Psychology/Human Resources Management/Management/ any related major
- Good understanding of recruitment cycle and competency matrix
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
- Willing to Work from the Office
- Able to join as soon as possible (3 months or 6 months period)
