HR Learning & Development Intern

Were looking for a smart and enthusiastic HR Learning & Development Intern to support various peoples initiatives, including onboarding programs, well-being and DEI activities, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a 3-month, full-time paid internship designed for someone eager to explore the HR Learning & Development field. Youll gain hands-on experience while working with digital tools like Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and contribute directly to meaningful employee development projects.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Conduct data entry, tracking, and reporting of L&D activities, surveys, and feedback forms.

  2. Create and update L&D-related materials, including presentations and communication decks.

  3. Coordinate with vendors, trainers, or internal stakeholders for program logistics.

  4. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events, such as MVV Games, team building, annual meetings, DEI/ESG initiatives, or other company-wide programs.

  5. Participating in improvement projects related to people development.

  6. Provide general administrative support to the L&D team.

  7. Assist with ad hoc tasks or special assignments related to Learning & Development and HR projects.

Job Requirements:

  1. Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduated majoring in Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or Education.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data validation).

  3. Have a basic understanding of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

  4. Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools is a strong advantage.

  5. Familiarity with Canva, Trello, or other L&D support tools will be an added value.

  6. Having taken any basic HR or L&D-related online courses (e.g., from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or RevoU) is a plus.

  7. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

  8. Comfortable working with data: survey results, feedback analysis, learning records, etc.

  9. A fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative.
