HR Recruiter
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter Specialist with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. You will manage job postings, screen candidates, and help with hiring across different teams. This is a remote role, and we prefer candidates who have worked with Chinese companies before.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment process: job posts, screening, interviews.
Use platforms like JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, and local channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly.
Track hiring progress and keep records updated.
Support onboarding and basic HR tasks if needed.
Understand about BPJS and salary calculation
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience.
Knowledge of local hiring platforms and channels.
Strong communication and self-management skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Experience with Chinese companies is a big plus.
