Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Specialist with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. You will manage job postings, screen candidates, and help with hiring across different teams. This is a remote role, and we prefer candidates who have worked with Chinese companies before.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment process: job posts, screening, interviews.

  • Use platforms like JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, and local channels.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly.

  • Track hiring progress and keep records updated.

  • Support onboarding and basic HR tasks if needed.

  • Understand about BPJS and salary calculation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience.

  • Knowledge of local hiring platforms and channels.

  • Strong communication and self-management skills.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Experience with Chinese companies is a big plus.
