Employee Data Administration

  • Review, check and approve the individual employee data change
  • Review data upload request and obtain clarifications, prepare template for mass upload, upload data in test environment, send result for review, request for upload approval and upload accordingly in production environment.
  • Maintain Tax Status of Employees, Point of Hire and other individual employees data.
  • Perform additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development

Employee Relations

  • Generate Letter of Agreement for renewal contract, rehire employee and Post Retirement employee
  • Generate Reference Letter (New Bank Account Application, Passport Application/ Renewal, Mortage Application, Other Credit Application, Visa Application, etc)
  • To ensure accuracy and timeliness activities performed by the team member are in line with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Exit Management

  • Responsible for the proper processing of all related exit documents
  • Monitor of upcoming employee retirement to kick start and complete the retirement process by collaborating with relevant parties within the company.
  • Receive information if there is a case employee deceased and monitor the activities performed to facilitate or support the exit administration regarding the circumstance
  • Work with other relevant parties in the initiation process by creating exit documents and properly filing/uploading these documents, as well as notifying all relevant parties of resignation.
  • Ensure all exit activities directly related to CBS are properly carried out as per company procedure.
