HR Supervisor

Qualification:

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree (preferably in Psychology or Law)

• Familiar with licensing and knowledgeable about UU Cipta Kerja

• Proficient in using Excel and Word

• Willing to take challenges and work smart

Job Description:

• Handling payroll and employee relations

• Maintaining a positive attitude for the staff

• Liaising with recruitment,

• Organizing training sessions

• Accurately recording hours & Administration report

• Manage performance evaluations for all employees

• Formulate regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to the company
