What Youll Be Doing:

  • Labor Law Research: Conduct research on Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Contract and Policy Review: Assist in reviewing and updating employment contracts, company policies, and HR-related documents to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Compliance Support: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, including employee documentation, working hours, and benefits.
  • Case Support: Assist in gathering information and documentation for labor disputes or employee grievances.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain HR legal documents and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Help track and analyze changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact the companys HR practices.
  • Support HR Team: Assist with any other labor law-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

What Were Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, with a focus or interest in labor law.
  • Strong interest in HR practices and labor law compliance.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and eager to learn attitude.
