HRGA Superintendent

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from workforce planning to selection and placement, including sourcing strategies and coordination with users.

  • Handle industrial relations in both preventive and solution-focused ways, including dispute resolution, enforcement of work discipline, and communication with labor unions.

  • Design and implement training programs based on technical and non-technical competency needs to support project work standard requirements.

  • Oversee the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and timely payment, in compliance with labor and tax regulations, including reporting and BPJS (social security) administration.

  • Manage compensation and benefits systems to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance, including THR, bonuses, allowances, and work-related facilities.

  • Carry out regular and periodic performance evaluations as a basis for performance reviews, career development, and HR decision-making.

  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee data in the HRIS system to support organizational analysis and planning.

  • Manage HR administration tasks such as employment contracts, attendance, leave, employee transfers, and labor reporting in an organized and well-documented manner.

  • Coordinate and supervise office and site facilities, including operational vehicles, accommodations, security, and general office needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the mining industry.

  • Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, industrial relations, training, performance management, and general affairs.

  • Hands-on experience in managing industrial relations matters, including dispute handling, disciplinary process, and communication with labor unions.

  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS procedures, and employment-related compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and accountable in delivering results.
