PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team.

Description

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

• Must possess a valid AK3U certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.

• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and performance.

• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture.
