Human Capital Business Partner Internship

At Blibli, our Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP) play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. As an HCBP Intern, youll support multiple functions including Logistics, Corporate Secretary, Internal Audit, Finance, and Operations by assisting in full-cycle HR project management. Youll build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders—both within HR and across business units—while exploring various facets of the HR function. What Youll Do

• Support end-to-end HR projects in coordination with HCBP teams across different business units.
• Assist in building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including business users and HR divisions.
• Participate in organizational initiatives and employee-related programs.
• Contribute ideas and solutions across various areas of HR to support business needs.

• Final-year student (min. 5th semester) from any major
• Active in student organizations, with prior experience as a leader or coordinator
• Strong passion for Human Resources with a willingness to explore its various aspects
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
