Human Resource Associate

PT Cemarne Balicasa Theecolodge, a Foreign Investor Company based in Bali, specializes in Consultant Services. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team as a Human Resource Associate.

General Requirement:

✔Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field from a reputable university.

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Human Resource field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

✔ Skills & Attributes:

• Mature, confident, and highly motivated.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent work ethic: honesty, hard work, and discipline.

✔Availability: Full-time position based in Bali.

Skills Required:

HR Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment, employee administration, training, industrial relations, and labor laws.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Administration & Documentation: Managing employee records, contracts, and attendance efficiently.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively and foster a positive work environment.

Integrity & Confidentiality: Handling employee information securely and professionally.

Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Main Objective: To manage and support employees to ensure a productive, fair, and legally compliant work environment.
