About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a thriving, innovative company? We are seeking a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team in beautiful Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the organisation
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to upskill and engage our team
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and productive work culture
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What were looking for

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
