About the Opportunity

A global enterprise SaaS provider is expanding its Professional Services team in Indonesia and is seeking an experienced Implementation Business Consultant to lead agile deployment projects for large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ERP solutions across Fashion, Apparel, CPG and FMCG customers. This role blends project management and business process consulting—perfect for someone who can translate complex requirements into out-of-the-box configurations without having to dive deeply into hands-on coding.

What You’ll Do

Project & Stakeholder Leadership

• Own the end-to-end delivery of agile SaaS deployment projects, driving timelines, scope and quality.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, risks and budgets; serve as the main point of contact for customer executives and project teams.
• Coordinate internal consultants, customer IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless go-lives and referenceable outcomes.

Solution Design & Deployment

• Map customer business processes to out-of-the-box PLM/ERP functionality, championing best-practice adoption.
• Configure, tune and optimise the PLM/ERP stack within enterprise IT environments (high availability, integrations, data migration).
• Produce clear UML / domain models and configuration documentation to capture business requirements and design decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Implementation Expertise: 5–8 years leading PLM, ERP or comparable SaaS deployments for Fashion, Apparel, CPG, FMCG or Retail clients.
• Project Management Chops: Proven ability to manage concurrent enterprise projects (Agile/Scrum or similar), balancing scope, schedule and budget.
• Business Process Insight: Skilled at conducting process workshops, gap analysis and change-management conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Technical Fluency (Light-Touch): Comfortable with data migration, system integrations and enterprise architecture discussions—but you prefer orchestrating over coding.
• Industry Credibility: Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, merchandising or supply-chain workflows within consumer brands.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong facilitation, and an eye for continuous improvement.
